My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms, although a bit noisy and had a musty smell when not running, were clean and there was a nice coffee shop in the lobby. The service was amazing, especially Naudica who stood out with her kindness. The location, though hard to get in and out of, felt safe and was within walking distance to Crabtree Mall. The dining experience was average with cold packaged items, and the facilities were satisfactory.

My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The front desk staff was fantastic, making it easy for me to check in. The rooms, while good and typical for Courtyard, could have been cleaner. However, they lacked a microwave, which was a bit inconvenient. The hotel is located in an ideal area with many options nearby, especially if you need to visit Crabtree Mall for business.
